Women League Girls Private ITI in its vision, envisages to inculcate and nurture in its students a sense of balance approach towards life so as to be able to withstand the inevitable onslaughts & face the challenges of life in today’s competitive world & to be meaningful to self and the society.
About Women League Girls Pvt. ITI
Women League Girls Pvt. ITI is running since 1955. Situated at the heart of the city, it has good building and modern machinery, airy class rooms, confrence hall, Computer Lab, Library and Audio Visual Aid for technical classes.
Empowerment of women is the responsibility of present day society and the Government as well. Besides others, one way in this direction is to impart to women and girls requisite vocational training for development of their skills in various trades and services. Establishment of Industrial training institutes both Government & in private for women is an effort in right direction to achieve such objectives.
Women League Girls Private ITI, is one such institutional unit which was started in 1955 by Smt. Kamla Puri & her associates. At present it is being run by Smt. Kamla Puri Charitable Foundation, Saraswati House at Yamuna Nagar. It is an institute with qualified and experienced staff, ideally located in the heart of the city with excellent infrastructure of good accommodation including airy ventilated class-rooms, conference hall, well equipped computer lab, a well stocked library and also audio-visual Aid. It conducts vocational courses for girls under NCVT & SCVT scheme for gainful employment in various channels of our economy to enable them to earn a livelihood and a dignified place in society with a sense of self-dependence.
